Shipping Policy

At Sastelabel, we aim to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for our buyers and sellers. We use trusted third-party vendors to fulfill all shipping and delivery services. This policy outlines our shipping processes, timelines, and responsibilities. Please read this policy carefully to understand how shipping is managed and what to expect.

1. Third-Party Shipping Vendor

Sastelabel partners with a reliable third-party logistics provider to handle the shipping of goods. Once an order has been confirmed and approved by the buyer (following the submission and approval of the seller’s product video), the third-party shipping vendor will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your items.

Our third-party shipping vendor handles:

  • Pickup from Seller: After the order is processed, the vendor arranges the pickup of the goods from the seller.

  • Shipping to Buyer: The vendor ships the goods directly to the buyer's specified delivery address.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • The size, weight, and dimensions of the items.

  • The destination location of the buyer.

  • The chosen delivery speed or service level (if applicable).

The shipping cost will be disclosed to the buyer at the time of checkout, before completing the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an order cancellation before fulfillment (see our Return and Refund Policy).

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the buyer’s location and the availability of the product. Typically, shipping times are as follows:

  • Within India: Approx. 5-10 business days. 

  • International Shipping: Approx. 7-21 business days

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or adverse weather conditions). Sastelabel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping vendor, but we will work closely with them to keep you informed and address any issues that arise.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the third-party shipping vendor’s website or tracking portal.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Delivery

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

  • Delivery: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible for the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery address or if the package is undeliverable, please contact the shipping vendor or our support team as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

6. Delays and Lost Shipments

While we partner with a reliable third-party shipping vendor, unforeseen delays can occur. If you experience significant delays, please contact us and we will coordinate with the shipping vendor to resolve the situation.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping vendor to track the package and, if necessary, initiate a claim or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure that your items are securely packaged before shipping. However, in rare instances, items may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Provide photos & videos of the damaged or incorrect items along with the packaging.

  • We will work with the shipping vendor and seller to resolve the issue, and if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations based on the shipping vendor’s limitations, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
